I understand why people keep buying insoles. It seems like the tired arches or flat feet inside your shoes are always begging for an insert. I’ve done the same thing. You buy a pair, mix them up from shoe to shoe, and forget them in the wrong trainers.
This is where the Forme Arch Booster Sock feels different. It’s not a thick insert under your foot. It is a sock with built-in support in the arch area to help the foot feel more aligned as you walk, stand, work or move around.

The Forme Arch Booster Sock seems like a low athletic sock at first glance, but the difference lies in the middle of the foot. The arch part has more tension than a regular sock. Forme says its biofeedback design uses layered tension around the medial arch to help activate the muscles of the foot and ankle.
Put simply, it gives your arch a bit of a boost. Not a hard push. Or like a stiff insole. More like a gentle squeeze on the first part of your foot that gets tired.

The first thing people will notice is how snug it is. This is no loose cotton sock you forget you have on. The arch section feels more solid as that is where the support originates from.
Does it feel uncomfortable? I wouldn't say that but if you hate compression around your foot, you may need time to get used to it. It feels more controlled than soft and relaxed. The ankle area still feels like a regular training sock.
This is probably the main reason why someone would try it out. Insoles are often helpful but they alter the fit of your shoes. Some sneakers feel tight. Some lift your heel weirdly. Some work in one pair and feel awful in another.
The Forme sock is easier because it doesn’t take that same space inside the shoe. You can wear it with sneakers or walking shoes or casual shoes without moving inserts all over. That makes it more versatile for those who want a light support option without swapping out every pair.
I think this is where the sock makes the most sense. Long hours, errands, walking around at work, travel days when your feet start complaining before the day is over.
Can I wear it all day? I think a lot of people could. But I wouldn’t go straight there. Wear it for a couple of hours to see how your arch feels. There is a feeling of tightness in the midfoot. Not painful, but you know it is there. If you have sensitive feet this is important.

The sock is more functional than you’d think for walking, running errands, airport days and light activity. It’s not trying to be a workout shoe or a medical insert. It just gives your foot a little more grip when you are moving.
I like that it doesn't add yet another thing to pack when traveling. You put the sock on with the shoes you were going to wear anyway. No moving inserts about. No guessing what shoes they'll fit into
The Forme Arch Booster Sock makes sense for someone whose feet get tired by the end of the day. Maybe your arches are feeling flat after a walk. Maybe your job requires you to stand. Regular socks may seem to do nothing at all.
It might also work if your shoes already fit well and you hate adding bulky insoles. That’s probably the biggest day-to-day reason to try it.
I would not treat this like a replacement for custom orthotics. If you’ve been given inserts by a podiatrist or your foot pain is serious, this sock really isn’t in the same category.
Also if you like really firm arch support, this may feel too soft. It helps more by supporting the arch area not by giving you that hard-lifted platform that an insole gives.
The main reason is convenience. The Forme Arch Booster Sock gives support without making your shoes feel tighter or weird. You put it on like a normal sock, and that is kind of the point.
I would see it as a daily support sock. Not a cure. Not something that fixes every foot problem. But if your feet feel worn out from walking, standing, or traveling, it gives you another option before jumping straight to bulky inserts.
